You must be 18 or older to create an account. By registering you confirm this.
Courses may involve physical work with batteries, electronics, tools or 3D printers. You are responsible for your own safety. Lithium batteries can catch fire; mains electricity can kill. Follow manufacturers' instructions, use protective equipment, and if unsure, ask a qualified person. Nothing the tutor says is a substitute for professional advice or a safety certification.
Credits are consumed per message sent to a tutor. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change; credits you already hold keep their value.
You must not use the service to break the law, to design or make weapons, to harm, harass, surveil or deceive people, to generate sexual content, or to attempt to bypass the tutor's safeguards. You must not use inputs or outputs to train an AI model. Your use is also subject to Anthropic's Usage Policy. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
We store your email, password (hashed), credit balance, course progress and chat history so the service works. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate tutor replies under their commercial terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
